Each Lasagna weighs 2 1/4 lbs. and feeds 3-4 people

1 Lasagna Bolognese: fresh pasta, homemade bolognese, homemade tomato sauce, ricotta, provolone, mozzarella, Romano cheese
1 Buffalo Chicken Lasagna: fresh pasta, breaded chicken cutlets, Buffalo sauce, homemade tomato sauce, Gorgonzola, ricotta, provolone, mozzarella, Romano cheese
1 Chicken & Broccoli Rabe Lasagna: fresh pasta, breaded chicken cutlets, garlic cream sauce, roasted broccoli rabe, ricotta, provolone, mozzarella, Romano cheese
It's all going to arrive in a temperature controlled, insulated box with ice packs. While it's still in our kitchen, it's frozen to ensure freshness. By the time they receive it, it may have started to thaw. Just place it in the freezer until you're ready to cook it! Just follow the cooking instructions included!
